19 Jul SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
The Harney County Health District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting to conduct a final review of interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) candidates this Friday, July 21, at 9 a.m. in the Harney District Hospital Board Conference Room.
Following the call to order and introductions, the board will adjourn into executive session per Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 192.660(2)(a), ORS 192.660(7)(d)(A)-(C), and ORS 192.660(7)(d)(D).
Following the executive session, the board will reconvene into public session and accept public comment before authorizing the board chair to submit an offer letter to hire the interim CEO.
The public portions of the meeting can be attended virtually or in person.
