Anna has been with HDH Physical Therapy for just over three years. She said she always had been drawn to working in health care — both because of an academic interest in the subject matter, as well as a desire to help people.
“I always knew that I wanted to do something in the medical field where I would be able to help improve people’s lives. In high school, I loved anatomy. I have always been intrigued by the musculoskeletal system and the way it functions. By combining the two, I landed in the physical therapy field.”
Anna said it’s the people that make the job, as well as life in Harney County, so great.
“The best part of my job is getting to know my patients and helping them return to the activities they enjoy doing without pain.”
“I truly enjoy running into and catching up with patients, both past and current, at the store and at functions around town. The small-town aspects of Harney County are why I returned here to raise my family with my husband.”
