Through partnerships with community agencies serving low-income, uninsured, and underinsured Oregonians, the Casey Community Outreach Program offers free, on-site vision screenings at an expanding network of community locations. Participants are examined at no cost, and community partners assist with follow-up for individuals in need of assistance in purchasing glasses or access to further medical support. The mobile clinic visits Harney County every other year. Call 541-573-8614 to get on the waitlist. This service is sponsored by the Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation and Harney District Hospital.

The Independent Living for the Older Blind Program teaches Oregonians techniques on how to remain active and independent. Our experienced teachers come to your home and share techniques you can use to perform daily tasks. Best of all, these services are free! The Oregon Commission for the Blind (OCB) provides an array of services to residents 55 and older who are experiencing vision loss.

Partners In Care offers hospice, home health, and palliative care services in Central Oregon.
