The Harney County Health District Board of Directors will hold a board retreat Monday, July 17, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Ivy Stone Building, located at 255 N. Broadway Ave. in downtown Burns (next to El Toreo). The purpose of the retreat is for board education.
