Walk With Ease is a free program designed to help those with arthritis better manage their pain, but it is also ideal for anyone who wants to make walking a habit! This six-week course will begin Jan. 13, 2020, and run every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday through Feb. 20, 2020, from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Meet at the Burns High School Library.
