DEFEAT is a cancer survivorship program which focuses on lifelong health. The meetings are open to all cancer survivors or families and are held in conjunction with St. Charles Medical Center via teleconference. Meetings are held in the HDH Hospital Board Room the second Tuesday of each month from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. (July 8th this month). This program is partially sponsored by the Armstrong Foundation. For additional information, please call Tammy Bauer-Jones at 573-8614 or log on to The Armstrong Foundation to find out more about the grant.
