13 Jul Gregg named HDH Nurse Manager
Harney District Hospital (HDH) is pleased to announce that Mary Gregg recently accepted the position of Nurse Manager. Gregg will report directly to Chief Nursing Officer Elaine Wulff. She will manage all of nursing outside of surgery, which is a big task! It includes four areas of nursing – emergency room, intensive care unit, medical-surgical, and obstetrics. She will manage daily activities in those areas and a staff of 36 nurses and aids in their daily work and professional growth and development. She will collaborate with the providers and other departments to continually develop the relationship needed to provide the best care for HDH’s patients.
HDH CEO Dan Grigg said of Gregg:
“She has developed good working relationships with the staff and is a motivated leader as well as a motivating leader. We are just as excited as she is to have her in her new role and look forward to the positive influence she will bring to the department.”
