An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until November 16, 2017
This program is designed to help those with arthritis better manage their pain, but is also ideal for people who simply want to make walking a habit! Includes warm-up, stretching, walking and cool-down. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m., Oct. 9 – Nov. 16. Burns High School Library.
